This July "SLANT" has launched its second International Design Competition and this time
it is an open competition to design a garden for a private residence.

What makes this competition different from others is that the project in question is a "virtual project",
one which has been designed specifically for this competition.

You are invited to write, and to design to, your own brief, and you are free to place this project anywhere
in the world.

Submissions can be made either online or, if you prefer, paper submissions may be sent by
conventional mail.

There is a small antry fee of € 30, a prize of € 2,000 and our judges are John Brookes MBE FSGD,
Anhony Paul FSGD and Hugh Ryan MGLDA.

Closing date for submissions is 17 October 2011.

All the details can be viewed on www.slant.eu
and we would welcome your comments and questions at mail@slant.eu
